The BoTree

Room Facilities was appointed by Shiva Hotels to manage the FF&E and OS&E procurement for The BoTree, a 199-room 5-star luxury hotel located on Marylebone Lane, just off Oxford Street in London. As a high-profile development, the project required meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all furnishings, fixtures, and equipment aligned with the hotel’s sophisticated design and luxury standards. Our role covered everything from sourcing bespoke pieces to overseeing logistics and installation.

In addition to the guest rooms, we were responsible for procuring OS&E for the hotel’s restaurant and bar areas, working in collaboration with TAO Hospitality. This included sourcing and supplying key operational items to support LAVO, TAO Hospitality’s flagship brand, ensuring seamless integration with the venue’s high-end dining experience.

Throughout the project, we worked closely with Shiva Hotels and key stakeholders to streamline procurement, manage budgets, and coordinate deliveries. Our expertise in luxury hospitality ensured that every detail met the highest standards, contributing to a world-class guest experience at The BoTree.
