Working with Starboard Hotels and Dean Street Developments, we ensured all items met brand standards while staying on schedule and within budget.

Our role covered sourcing, supply, and logistics coordination, guaranteeing a seamless handover with the hotel fully equipped and ready for operation upon completion. By leveraging our extensive supplier network and industry expertise, we maintained quality control throughout the process.
